I’ve bought one of these previously and loved it! So when I bought another for our second daughter I was disappointed to see the quality went DOWN! They are extremely hard to open… and when you finally get it opened, the name stamp pops off and makes a mess on your fingers and surface. How do I go about getting a reimbursement or a new one mailed to me because the one I received is definitely defective!

Loveeee how it came out my only con is the cap does not stay on will haveto secure with maybe tape or rubberband as to not dry out stamp.
These are completely different than the stamps I bought from you guys with my last child. The last ones were amazing. But these new ones stamp unevenly (dry patches, smudgy patches) and bleed through all fabrics - even a canvas tote! Font is weirdly aggressive. $40 wasted. Do not recommend.

When I opened it the stamp part came off the owl head. So I had to push it back in so it would pop back into the head. Now I have to open it like sideways so it doesn't fall out. Good stamp but this one just came defective i think.
